Synopsis

Monroe spearheaded a borough-wide crackdown on prostitution. Ackland and Jarvis focused their efforts on curbing kerb crawlers, while Quinnan went undercover, posing as a client to gather intelligence on the madam of a local brothel. Yet, Boyden harbored a suspicion that Quinnan had blurred professional lines, developing an attachment to the woman when he instinctively shielded her from the sharp edges of his questioning during their interview.
