Synopsis

A ripple of irritation ran through Meadows when news reached him of a cigarette lorry being hijacked. Meanwhile, in the car park of a local pub, Stamp and Ackland found themselves embroiled in a brawl between two thieves, their dispute stemming from a disagreement with the landlady.
