Synopsis

Jim voiced his discontent regarding a woman of the streets. Tosh and Jim were instructed to continue their surveillance. They proceeded to a shop, ascending to the roof for observation. From their vantage point, they noted two visitors to the woman: a biker and a known drug dealer. They apprehended the woman, and as she was led upstairs, Jim discovered the biker was wanted in connection with the robbery the department had been pursuing.
