Synopsis

Carver and Lines were en route to interview witnesses when they observed a man struggling with a woman known to the police. The woman, possessing information regarding shoplifters, shared it with Boyden. Meanwhile, Cathy and Dave dealt with a break-in, discovering it was a boy seeking refuge in his own home due to his mother's absence. Polly had arrested her for shoplifting. Elsewhere, Norika and Cathy spoke with a complainant who was being coerced by her husband into withdrawing her accusation.
