Synopsis

Inside a flat, a man holds a woman captive. Jarvis is tasked with the delicate work of negotiating her release. As he establishes a connection with the hostage-taker, Monroe’s investigation paints a disturbing portrait of the man's inner turmoil. Will words suffice to end the situation, or will more forceful measures become unavoidable?
