Synopsis

Following Lee Ruddick’s death at St Hugh’s, the Criminal Investigation Branch was engaged, and Detective Inspector Johnson faced accusations of manslaughter. Claudia Morris, the initial complainant and key witness, later withdrew her allegation. However, as it appeared Johnson would be exonerated, Ruddick’s family initiated a private prosecution for manslaughter against her.
