Synopsis

The discovery of a sawed-off shotgun amidst the debris of a house fire draws Lines into a world of illicit dealings. His inquiry leads him to Lee Ruddick, a prominent drug trafficker. Partnering with Johnson for a raid, Lines and his colleague confront Ruddick, who in a desperate act, consumes incriminating evidence, a decision that proves tragically fatal.
