Synopsis

The discovery of a briefcase by a young car thief gives Detective Inspector Galloway the impression he might finally be able to bring down the 'Arthur Daley' of Sun Hill. However, vehicle issues prevent him from interviewing his prime suspect. Following a warehouse fire intended to conceal the destruction of pornographic magazines, they return to the station just as the van transporting them pulls away – having been parked at the rear entrance for a full day.
