Synopsis

PC Litten identifies a photograph of an armed robber at large. Instead of reporting this to Sergeant Cryer, he relays the information to Detective Inspector Galloway, a decision that draws him into conflict with both officers. Concurrently, a gang preys on local shopkeepers, and PC Edwards, pursuing a mugger, finds himself trapped when the floor of a derelict building gives way beneath him.
