Synopsis

Dr. Todd informs Cathy of her exclusion from the clinical trial. Sean arranges a date for Marlene. Later, at a gathering, Adam and Andrea become embroiled in a quarrel. Cathy and Lenny share ecstasy. Paul witnesses their intimacy. At the celebratory dinner for his promotion, Paul overindulges to the point of inebriation, necessitating Adam's drive home. Afterwards, Paul tells Cathy he desires a divorce.
