Synopsis

Following the disruption of his scheme – an elaborate plot intended to elicit hyena-like laughter from every dog in Gotham – the Joker vowed to demonstrate a change of heart, seeking validation from Batman. Simultaneously, actor Basil Karlo seized the mutagen that had transformed Ethan Bennett into Clayface and assumed the mantle himself. Now, with a new adversary rising, can Batman place his trust in Ethan, relying on him to aid in stopping Karlo?
