Synopsis

Inspired by a film depicting brilliant criminals, Penguin conceives a plan: to assemble a formidable alliance of Gotham’s most notorious villains, all with the singular goal of defeating Batman once and for all. Simultaneously, Batgirl and Robin find themselves needing to forge a partnership, learning how best to collaborate in their shared mission.
