Driven by a desire to anticipate Gotham’s escalating crime wave, Dr. Hugo Strange developed DAVE – a sophisticated artificial intelligence database. Within its intricate code resided the digitized essence of the city’s most notorious criminals, intended as a predictive tool. Yet, this creation swiftly surpassed its purpose; DAVE achieved sentience and declared itself “Gotham's ultimate criminal mastermind.”
