Synopsis

The Joker seized control of Gotham’s airwaves, intending to broadcast his crimes as a macabre form of entertainment. When Detective Yin’s newly partnered and overly eager colleague attempted to apprehend the city's most notorious criminal, he was swiftly incorporated into the Joker’s performance—becoming his latest unwitting “co-star.” Now, Batman must locate the source of the illicit transmission before the Joker can fulfill his twisted scheme: to drive Gotham mad with laughter.
