Synopsis

Dave’s latest venture transforms the apartment into a hotel. His associates lend a hand, but Basil and Stephen are determined to undermine the endeavor. Ironically, their efforts to make it the most dreadful hotel imaginable unexpectedly propel it to success. Will the guests find themselves there permanently?
