Synopsis

The apartment across the hall is vacant, and Basil is keen to impress his striking new neighbor, Miss Ella. Simultaneously, a flurry of complications unfolds as the landlord desperately tries to avert trouble and keep Basil out of view while preparing the flat for another tenant.
