Synopsis

A strange affliction is sweeping through the ranks of ear, nose, and throat specialists; they are quite literally working themselves to death, each afflicted after receiving an inexplicable, empty envelope. Meanwhile, when Tara vanishes, Steed pays unusually close attention to his daily post.
