Synopsis

The breach of security at Cypher HQ and the vanishing of Agent Jarret are initially brought to the attention of the rival Department MII2, and subsequently, to Mother’s group. Yet, a curious uniformity prevails: everyone within Cypher HQ insists they have no knowledge of Jarret’s whereabouts, and that the sole noteworthy event of the previous day was a rainfall.
