Synopsis

Recent security breaches suggest a troubling pattern: high-ranking civil servants have inexplicably developed affections for someone, and in doing so, divulged sensitive information to an operative posing as a domestic worker. Steed begins his inquiry, but is first compelled to prevent Tara from taking her own life, driven by a hopeless infatuation.
