Synopsis

Accusations have landed squarely on Steed; the opposition holds him culpable for the death of their agent, Vinkel. Yet, Steed is innocent of the crime. As a gesture of goodwill, and with the hope of uncovering the true perpetrator, he agrees to a partnership exchange with Keller.
