Synopsis

Following the failed assassination attempt on Sir Wilberforce Lungi, Steed turned to Keel, an old acquaintance of the influential African leader. He requested that Keel look into Lungi’s secretary, Jacquetta Brown. Simultaneously, Steed arranged passage to Africa, intending to meet Shebro, Lungi's tribalist rival.
