Synopsis

In this installment of the Angry Video Game Nerd, the titular character tackles *Chex Quest*, a pack-in game that accompanied Chex cereal in 1996. This is episode 171. Developed by Digital Café as a promotional tie-in for children aged six and older, *Chex Quest* is a non-violent first-person shooter. It represents a complete conversion of the notoriously violent game *Doom*, specifically the original *Ultimate Doom*.
