Synopsis

Seeking a distraction from his habit of hurling stones at windows, Ernest T. Bass was put in charge of directing traffic. This arrangement proved short-lived, however, as Ernest T. soon began tossing bricks through car windshields. Consequently, Malcom Merriweather took over the task, prompting Ernest T. to swear a vow of retribution.
