Synopsis

Barney’s actions provoked the ire of a local merchant, who issued a chilling threat: should Barney be seen outside of his official uniform, every bone in his body would pay the price. Consequently, Barney began wearing his uniform constantly, appearing in it at all hours. Andy, observing this predicament, conceived of a solution that involved more than just a change of clothes.
