Synopsis

A sense of responsibility settled over Andy when he learned a banjo player had lost his job at the carnival, and he felt compelled to assist the man in finding his way back. His efforts, however, only seemed to complicate matters further, leading the musician to rapidly lose heart. Then, word reached him of two purse thieves operating within the carnival grounds.
