Synopsis

Having apprehended two young women from Mount Pilot known for their lively spirit, Andy and Barney found themselves obliged to put off their eagerly anticipated date with Helen and Thelma Lou. Keen to spare their companions any unnecessary concern, Andy fabricated a story, portraying their prisoners as hardened criminals. The deception proved effective—at least until Helen and Thelma Lou, driven by curiosity, decided on an impromptu visit to the courthouse.
