Synopsis

During a dinner at the Taylor home, mountain man Briscoe Darling (Denver Pyle), mistaking Aunt Bee’s customary kindness for genuine affection, carried her off to his cabin with the intention of marrying her—a prospect she decidedly did not share. Yet, as Aunt Bee set about attempting to refine him, he began to question whether hospitality was truly as admirable a trait as he'd always believed.
