Synopsis

A careless remark landed Barney in trouble with Thelma Lou, and soon he noticed she was filling her spare moments with Gomer’s company. Unwilling to distress his friend, Gomer attempted to discourage their budding connection by pretending to be deeply infatuated; however, this maneuver backfired spectacularly, culminating in an unexpected engagement.
