Synopsis

Having witnessed a tender kiss between Andy and Helen within a jewelry shop, Barney became utterly certain they were betrothed in secret. He resolved to orchestrate a surprise celebration for them, an undertaking that caused considerable discomfort to both Andy and Helen, who were most decidedly not engaged.
