Synopsis

Barney felt certain his position was precarious after mistakenly issuing a parking ticket to the governor's vehicle. The prospect of the governor’s imminent arrival – specifically, to address this matter personally – sent waves of anxiety through him, prompting him to repeatedly refill a glass from the water cooler. Unbeknownst to Barney, Otis had previously laced the very same cooler with alcohol.
