Synopsis

A new arrival, a boy named Quincy, settled into town and quickly began leading Opie and his friends into mischief. When dared to vandalize a streetlight, Opie staunchly refused, drawing relentless taunts from Quincy. Andy attempted an intervention by speaking with the boy’s parents, but Opie realized that ultimately, it would be up to him to confront Quincy and put an end to their games.
