Synopsis
With Andy away from Mayberry for the day, obliged to appear as a witness at a trial in a nearby town, the responsibility of the sheriff’s office fell to Deputy Barney Fife. And with that authority vested in him, Barney proceeded to make an arrest of nearly every resident of Mayberry.
