Synopsis

An advertisement appeared, seeking window washers for Olive. Popeye and Bluto both responded, eager for the work. Olive declared she would hire whoever completed the job fastest. Bluto attempted to impede Popeye's progress, but the sailor prevailed, ultimately earning the position.
