Synopsis

Joanie sought work in the town, and in doing so, encountered EJ. Soon, the pair became engrossed in tracing Joanie’s family lineage. The deeper they delved into the past, the more questions arose, particularly concerning her mother's demise. The revelations unsettled Joanie, prompting a series of increasingly reckless choices.
