Synopsis

It was God’s desire to find a people willing to collaborate with Him in establishing peace amidst the disorder of a wounded world. The Israelites first encountered the serenity He offers when He delivered them from Egypt. In this passage, we follow their journey of exodus, observing God's compassion for the vulnerable and afflicted, and His righteous anger toward those who would thwart His plan of redemption.
