Synopsis

A tremor of unease ran through Kelso at Roy’s suggestion that he might be the academy’s designated fool. The only way to dispel the doubt was to examine his record, so he resolved to infiltrate the police academy, enlisting Hyde and Eric for assistance. Elsewhere, Fez awaited a final examination at INS, the last hurdle before citizenship. Donna, Kitty, Jackie, and Red each offered their own interpretations of American history as they prepared him.
