Synopsis

Kitty was orchestrating a surprise party for Hyde’s eighteenth birthday. She enlisted Jackie and Fez as decorators, drawn to their particular flair for feminine aesthetics – a decision that drew a sharp look from Donna. Eric, Donna, and Kelso hatched a plan to pilfer a street sign as a gift for him. However, Hyde harbored a reluctance to celebrate; he feared such a milestone would necessitate a move from the Formans’ home.
