Synopsis

The Titans’ Fourth of July celebrations were abruptly shattered by the unwelcome arrival of Mad Mod, who declared the American Revolution a fabrication and announced his intention to restore the city to the dominion of England. To compound the crisis, the scheming Mod also pilfered Robin's vitality, stealing years from him. Now, with their leader diminished and their home threatened, can the remaining Teen Titans formulate a strategy to reclaim their city and rescue their comrade?
