Synopsis

With his grandmother’s passing, Latka found himself unexpectedly delighted by her bequest: her celebrated cookie recipe, accompanied by a store of its essential, mysterious ingredients. He baked a batch for the cabdrivers, hoping to share in their enjoyment, but they seemed unimpressed. Yet, undeterred, Latka launched his own small-scale cookie enterprise. Soon after, the drivers began to find themselves strangely drawn to the cookies, experiencing an unusual buoyancy and good spirits. When Jim
