It proved to be a truly difficult experience sitting through this. The humor fell completely flat, and the jokes were awful. What compounded the problem was the dreadful music accompanying these supposedly funny moments; it felt like a slow torture with each failed attempt at comedy. The excessive length became unbearable. As with other dramas following a predictable pattern, progress in the narrative doesn't occur until nearing the end. The plot itself lacked substance, and trying to bolster it with comedic characters and additional storylines was simply misguided from the start. The actors did what they could, but they weren’t given much to work with initially.
