Synopsis

Justice traced the path of BB’s recollections, observing the man’s younger self depart the US Army and offer his research on tattoos as a gift to the Kingdom of Selinistan. His aim was to fulfill Izzy’s desire for the eradication of all tattoos; he chose Selinistan, the nation with the most advanced tattoo research, as the place to find a means to achieve this. But upon infiltrating the Selinistan research facility, BB uncovered a startling truth.
