Synopsis

Hooker discovered the young man was hard of hearing, a detail that shifted his perception of the case. He was convinced of the boy’s innocence, believing his involvement with the gang was not a declaration of malice, but a desperate plea for assistance. Together with Romano, Hooker resolved to address the youth's hearing impairment and expose those truly responsible for the drug-related murder. Yet, Hooker knew he couldn't help the teenager until the boy was willing to help himself.
