Synopsis

The weight of responsibility settled heavily upon Hooker. He felt personally accountable for the injury sustained by the rookie officer he had trained – an injury so severe it necessitated the possibility of amputation. With the assistance of Stacy and Corrigan, Hooker and Romano launched an investigation into the gun thieves responsible. They discovered the criminals were funneling their stolen goods to a shadowy crime boss operating in the city's underbelly.
