Synopsis

The victim of the ""Surfside Killer," a serial murderer terrorizing the city, was revealed to be a police officer. Stacy, a close friend of the deceased, mirrored the killer's profile: a young woman with blonde hair. Driven by a desperate hope to catch the perpetrator, she volunteered for an undercover assignment. However, Detective Hooker harbored doubts about the operation's structure and resolved to personally safeguard Stacy.
