Synopsis

Hooker and Romano embarked on a pursuit of a criminal enterprise: liquor robberies and distribution to young people. Their investigation led them to a gang, but for Romano, the case held a deeply personal dimension. He discovered that the gang's leader was the son of a friend lost in Vietnam, a man whose promising future had been derailed by association with such a dangerous group.
