Synopsis

A surge of crime has gripped the city – robberies, murders, and a relentless sniper plague the streets. To combat this escalating crisis, a new police program has been launched, designed to rapidly integrate recruits into active duty. The responsibility of molding these inexperienced officers falls to Sergeant T.J. Hooker, a seasoned veteran grappling with personal turmoil: a recent divorce and mounting financial woes. He finds himself tethered to a job he can no longer escape. Hooker must pu
