The discovery of eighteen-year-old Sharyn Kills Back’s body in a Texas storm drain presented Arlington detectives with a frustratingly scant trail of clues. Yet, two decades later, a lead forwarded from Fort Worth police reignited the investigation, uniting investigators in their pursuit of her killer.
