Synopsis

Chicago has recently found itself captivated by the curious sight of rat-shaped impressions in the city's sidewalks. Tonight, however, on MeTV, a young man weary of authority resolves to strike back. He orchestrates a rebellion, commanding an army of rats with whom he has forged a strange connection. This is a spirited tale of rodent retribution, led by the unforgettable Willard.
