Synopsis

Within the opulent confines of a late 19th-century Italian Renaissance villa, a grim event unfolds. The owner, a man of formidable will confined to a wheelchair, his left hand rendered useless, and deeply immersed in the study of the occult, is found dead. His death suggests a violent end to a life steeped in power and shadowed by strange beliefs.
