Synopsis

Following his departure from Las Vegas, reporter Carl Kolchak takes a new assignment in Seattle, joining the city's local newspaper. Soon, he finds himself pursuing another series of inexplicable murders. For the past century, a killer has emerged approximately every twenty-one years, leaving a trail of drained victims before vanishing without a trace. Kolchak is now on the hunt, but will he be able to halt the killer's deadly pattern?
